Please join the Women of Soroptimist International of Greater Macomb (SIGM) on Sunday, October 13, 2019 for a fun run/walk through River Bends Park in Shelby Township.  Soroptimist is a global volunteer organization working to improve the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment.  This is a timed event with proceeds benefiting educational awards and human trafficking awareness and prevention.  River Bends Park is located at 5700 22 Mile Road in Shelby Township 48317.  Early registration through September 1st, 2019, is $30 for adults, $20 for kids 18 and under.  Afterwards and race day is $35 for adults and $25 for kids.  Race day registration and check in starts at 9 am.  All participants will receive a seamless headband and tote of goodies. Face Painting also available for kids 12 and under. Post event refreshments will be available.
