We are monitoring the current COVID 19 situation. The safety of our participants and volunteers is our top priority! We will be adhering to state and local guidelines, along with our local Parks and Liability Insurance guidelines. If we can’t hold an “in-person” event, the event will become Virtual. If any participants are in quarantine due to symptoms or possible exposure and cannot attend the physical event they will be transferred to the virtual category and their race gear may be picked up at Hanson's Running Shop Utica. For any non-local runners shipping arrangements will be made. **No refunds or deferrals**
Race is capped at 100 participants and will sell out early (NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION)
The Goodbye New Year's Eve series is in it's 6th year. Our goal is to offer a low cost, low frills last chance to gather and run in 2020. If any year needs to be ushered OUT, it is 2020.
The event will be at the RARA building located at 500 East Second St in downtown Rochester. There will be an indoor space to warm up and use the restroom, however we are encouraging participants to be outdoors as much as possible. Pease wear face coverings indoors and when within 6 feet of others. The race will start at 2:00 pm and the start line will be open from 2:00-2:20 pm. Packet Pick-up will be available starting at 1:00 pm. Virtual Packet Pick-up details TBD. Participants can begin at any time during that window in a socially distant format.

- out and back race route on the Clinton River Trail (if snowy or icy conditions we recommend wearing Yak Traks or similar traction on your shoes)
- unique hand made finisher award by a local artisan
- grab and go snacks at the finish line
- white elephant raffle prizes
- last in-person chance to run 2020 out of town!!
