The Flapjack 5K and Mile Fun Run on Sunday, May 31, 2020 is in it's 16th year and will benefit the Kids Coalition Against Hunger.  This is a family friendly event with a 1 mile fun run/walk completely on blacktop or sidewalk and held on school grounds and a 5K that loops runners and walkers through quiet residential streets.

Participants will enjoy unique clay finisher awards crafted by a local artisan, soft race shirt if registered by deadline and the famous Kiwanis Club of Clinton Township pancake breakfast.   Additional breakfast tickets can be purchased for $5 for friends or family members.

The team division will award the fastest team scored by gender age group place in the 5K! Teams must have at least 3 members (but can have unlimited members) and can be mixed gender.  Fill in your team name during the registration process using the SAME spelling.    Team scoring is only available to pre-registered teams.  Team participants are also eligible for individual awards.  Awards to overall male and female open and masters categories.  Award to top 3 boys and top 3 girls in the mile (under 15 years old).

Last minute registration and packet pick-up at Shawnee Elementary, 21555 Vesper Drive, Macomb on Friday May 29th from 4:30-6:30 pm and race morning starting at 7:45 am. 

PRICE WILL INCREASE FRIDAY 6:30 PM THROUGH RACE DAY TO $30 FOR ADULTS AND $20 FOR STUDENTS UNDER 18 YEARS OLD.

REGISTER BY MIDNIGHT MONDAY MAY 25th TO GUARANTEE A SHIRT.  A LIMITED SUPPLY OF SHIRTS WILL BE AVAILABLE AFTER THE CUT OFF.
