Register for Purple Polka Dot Race 5K Run/Walk and Family Fun Run
The 4th Annual Purple Polka Dot Race will take place on August 11, 2019. The proceeds of this event go to support the Vascular Birthmarks Foundation, helping families in Michigan and all over the world find medical treatment for vascular birthmarks. All 5K participants will receive a tech T-shirt and other race day swag.
NEW THIS YEAR: Participants in the 5K and virtual 5K are invited to team up with friends and family for the TEAM DIVISION. Teams can have unlimited runners and be mixed gender. The team with the MOST MEMBERS will have an extra $500 donated to the VBF in their team name! Runners in the team division are eligibile for individual awards. Team name must be spelled the same way during the check out process.
The 1 mile Family Fun Run will start at 10:00 am and will not be timed. Registration and packet pick up for the 5K at Stony Creek is on race day starting at 7:30 am. Registration for the Family Fun Run starting at 9:30 am. We are also offering the "virtual race" option again in 2019. The virtual runners/walkers will recieve a tech t-shirt and other items as available.
Event shirts are only guaranteed to those registered by July 23rd.
Virtual registration closes July 28th.
