Volunteer for the 2021 Halloween Hustle Run and Walk
EARLY PACKET PICK-UP
Thursday, October 28 (12:45 - 6:00 pm) at Hanson's Running Shop - Utica. Will help with athlete check-in and shirt distribution.
RACE DAY REGISTRATION CREW (2:30-5:00 PM)
Will assist athletes with check-in and shirt distribution. Face covering is personal choice. Will report to the onsite volunteer coordinator for details.
FINISH LINE CREW (3:30-6:00 PM)
Will be responsible for greeting runners/walkers at the finish line, finisher medal distribution, water bottle distribution. Face covering is personal choice. Gloves will be provided. Check-in with the onsite volunteer coordinator.
FOOD DISTRIBUTION CREW (3:30-6:00 PM)
Will be responsible for greeting runners/walkers at the post race refreshement table. Pouring cups of cider and passing out donuts. Please have your own face covering. Gloves will be provided. Check-in with the onsite volunteer coordinator.
PHOTO OP DISPLAY VOLUNTEER
Volunteer will be positioned at the Photo Op Display and assist participants by offering to take photos in front of the display.
Circulate through the event area and take photos of participants, kids run, 5K race, awards, etc.
COURSE MONITOR CREW (4:00-6:00 PM)
Report to the Eastside Racing Company tent for location where you will assist runners/walkers on the 5K route. Please dress for the weather.
